Adamo Australia runs a local office in Australia for client engagement, project ownership, and account management, while the software is built at our development centre in Vietnam. You get a point of contact in your own market and timezone, backed by an established engineering team.

Our engineers work Vietnam business hours (GMT+7), which sits three to four hours behind eastern Australian time. In practice that leaves around five to six hours of overlap every afternoon for stand-ups, calls, and sign-offs, so you are not waiting overnight for answers the way you would with a European or American team.

Every engagement is covered by an NDA, and the source code and intellectual property we build belong to you. Our staff work only on company-issued devices, sign individual NDAs, and follow security processes aligned to ISO 27001, alongside ISO 9001:2015 for quality. Data handling follows Australia's Privacy Act 1988.

We work in two models. Team-based gives you dedicated engineers who act as an extension of your own team, report daily, and can scale up or down with 30 days notice, on a three-month minimum. Project-based means we take full ownership of a defined scope, from PM and business analyst through engineers and QA, and deliver to agreed milestones, budget, and a warranty period.

Our deepest expertise is in travel and hospitality and in healthcare, where we have delivered booking, management, and care platforms end to end.
